Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

We want you to be completely happy with your Audifort purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you have 90 days from the purchase date to return the product for a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
    Email us at support@audifort.com within 90 days of your purchase. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Ship Your Return:
    Once you receive your RMA, send the product to the address provided. Be sure to include:
    • Your RMA number
    • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
    • The original product and any included accessories
  3. Send Us the Tracking Info:
    Please email us the return tracking number so we can monitor your shipment.
    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be in good, undamaged condition
  • All original parts and accessories must be included
  • The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your RMA

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health or personal care items

Partial Refunds May Apply To:

  • Opened books, CDs, DVDs, or other media
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Returns requested more than 90 days after purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@audifort.com within 90 days of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the gift was sent to the original purchaser:

  • The refund will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method.
