📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delays may occur during busy periods or if address/payment details are incorrect.
  • All U.S. addresses are verified via USPS — please double-check your address at checkout or confirm at www.usps.com.
  • Note: Address verification does not apply to international orders.

🚚 Shipping Schedule

  • We ship Monday through Friday only (no weekends or U.S. holidays).
  • Shipping time depends on the option you choose at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
  • While we ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers like USPS or UPS.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

Standard delivery time varies based on location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather or natural events
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs or border delays
  • Strikes or labor disruptions

🌍 International Shipping

  • Most international orders arrive within 4–6 weeks.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 8–12 weeks due to customs delays.
  • Some countries may have extra fees based on location or regulations.
  • We are not liable for customs clearance delays or charges.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Refused Packages

  • If a package is refused, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund once it’s returned and inspected.
  • We primarily use UPS, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen items.
  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS or the carrier directly.
  • Audifort is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us.
  • After 24 hours, if the order is already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If your order has shipped, you can:
    • Refuse the package and notify us immediately
    • Return it at your own expense, with tracking

📬 Incorrect Address Policy

  • Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If the package is returned due to an address error, we’ll contact you to arrange a reship or refund (minus shipping fees).

🔁 Return & Refund Instructions

To receive a full refund, follow these steps:

  1. Return all bottles, including opened, unopened, or free/bonus items.
  2. Ship the return within 60 days of your purchase date.
  3. Include a note with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Full name, address, email, and phone number
    • The original packing slip (if available)
  4. Ship your return via USPS (with tracking) to:

Note:

  • Incomplete returns (missing bottles or unclear order info) may receive only a partial refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
